This Privacy Policy describes how WorkLog ("the Extension") handles your information. By using the Extension, you agree to the practices described here.

What data we collect

WorkLog collects no data on our end. The Extension stores the following information exclusively in your own Google Drive App Data folder:

• Work log entries you create (text, timestamp, optional tag)

This data is never transmitted to any server operated by WorkLog or its developer. It lives entirely within your Google account.

How we use Google Drive

WorkLog requests access to the drive.appdata scope only. This scope allows the Extension to:

• Read and write a single file (worklog.json) in a hidden App Data folder
• This folder is not visible in your Google Drive UI
• It is inaccessible to other apps — only WorkLog can read its own App Data

WorkLog does not request access to your files, email, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service.

Data sharing

We do not share your data with anyone — because we never receive it. Your log entries go directly from your device to your Google Drive and nowhere else.

Data retention and deletion

You are in full control of your data at all times:

• Delete individual entries within the Extension at any time
• Remove all WorkLog data from your Drive by visiting myaccount.google.com/connections, finding WorkLog, and revoking access — this deletes the App Data folder and all its contents
• Uninstalling the Extension does not automatically delete your Drive data; follow the step above if you want full removal

Analytics and tracking

WorkLog contains no analytics, tracking pixels, crash reporters, or any form of telemetry. No usage data of any kind is collected.

Third-party services

WorkLog uses the Google Drive API to store your data. Your use of Google Drive is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. WorkLog uses no other third-party services.

Children's privacy

WorkLog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised policy at this URL. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
